Vinyl transfer stickers are durable, and can be placed on surfaces both indoors and out. They'll adhere to nearly any smooth surface including your laptop, iPad, gym mirror, gym equipment, windows, and even the bumper or windows of your car.
Powerlifter sticker is 8½" x 1½".
Weightlifter sticker is 8½" x 1½".
Strongman sticker is 7½" x 1½".

Application
First make sure the location you plan to stick this sticker is thoroughly cleaned and dry.
Slowly and carefully remove the transfer tape from the paper backing.
Place the sticker on your desired surface and then use your fingers to apply pressure across the face of the sticker.
Use something like a credit card across the the face of sticker to reinforce the adhesion.
Slowly, carefully, and at a 180 degree angle, peel the transfer tape away from the sticker.
