First off let me say that I appreciate your support. Thank you all very much.
You may return or exchange products within 15 days of delivery. Funds from a return will be refunded to the credit card originally used to make the purchase, however, shipping charges are not refunded. There are no restocking fees.¹
I do ask that you take care when selecting your apparel size. I've made it a point to include as much information about sizing as possible in an effort to avoid your items not fitting. I've included brand names and specific styles, garment dimensions, and fabric blends so that you know exactly what you're buying.
To arrange a return or an exchange, use the email address below. Provide your name, order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and a specific reason for the return/exchange. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, and all tags must still be attached to the garment in order to receive a refund.
If on the off chance you receive an order with the wrong product or wrong size, please snap a picture of the incorrect item and send it in with your order number and I will get a replacement out immediately. If it's an issue with the size, please make sure I can see the size tag in the photo so I can adjust my inventory.
¹ Please note; while I do not charge restocking fees, I do, however, reserve the right to outright reject return requests from serial returners. If you have a history of return fraud and you plan to order again, make sure you want the product you are buying, because it will be yours.
Furthermore, refunds are never given for returned apparel that has been worn or laundered, so if you plan to wardrobe apparel from this store (that is buy something, wear it once, and then return it), you do so at your own risk, as returned apparel is very carefully inspected for odors, signs of wear, and the removal of tags.
If you are interested in placing an order and you are concerned that this or any part of the return policy may unjustly impact your ability to return or exchange items, please do not hesitate to reach out to me prior to placing your order. And to the vast majority of my customers, I sincerely apologize for complicating my previously simple and hassle-free return policy, and I thank you for your understanding in this matter. Return fraud has gotten way out of control.
All US orders $75+ are eligible to receive free shipping via USPS First Class Mail and generally ship out within two business days. Should you require USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, that option is available to you as well. Postage prices for upgraded shipping methods are based entirely on weight and distance - you'll pay only what it costs me to buy the label and nothing more.
Orders under $75 will require you to pay shipping, but again those rates; be it First Class Mail or Priority Mail are based entirely on the cost of the label and nothing more. There are no handling fees, no packaging fees, etc.
International shipping is available, but the only cost-effective, International shipping method is First Class Mail. All other services are incredibly expensive (though they are offered.)
I am more than happy to ship your order First Class Mail International in an effort to save you money, but please keep in mind that this service is very, very slow. It can take up to six weeks to receive your package, and tracking for First Class Mail International is useless once the package leaves the United States. You will not know when it's coming; it will just show up some day.
That having been said, if you choose First Class Mail International for your order, please be advised that I will not refund any money for a "lost order" until at least six weeks from the postage date has gone by. I apologize for this; I really do; but I cannot control how long it takes, and I have refunded far too many orders in the past after four weeks of waiting only to have the product show up the next week.
Additionally, this store is not configured to collect the various sales taxes and import duties of other nations. International customers will be responsible for paying any of these fees that may apply to them in their country.
Sorry fellow Texans, y'all will be charged sales tax.
I purchase all garments and have all my embroidery and screen printing done locally in Austin, TX. It's my goal to support the local and US economy as much as possible rather than outsource the work overseas.
The largest shirts and tank tops (generally 2XL and larger; depending on the garment style) get progressively more expensive for me to purchase, print, and ship, so the prices on these larger sizes is going to be higher. I apologize for this, but it is what it is.
